This pair of vintage handcuffs bear the name of Detective Romo stamped on the surface along with the numbers V18239. They are in fair condition with surface scratches along with areas of rust. They are locked and there is no key. These handcuffs measure 9 inches long and are about 3 inches wide bearing a "Made in Japan" stamp. The family that these came from lived in Philadelphia for many years.
