Mr Toad Plush Shelf Sitter Ceramic and Velvet with Umbrella and Top Hat

Up for your consideration is a Really Cute Plush Mr Toad Shelf Sitter.  This adorable toad is made of Ceramic, Cloth and Felt.  Mr Toad as I call him is wearing maroon felt pants, a silky maroon patterned two button vest and a maroon velvet top hat.  He is even holding an umbrella!  There are spots on his shirt sleeves.  I am not sure what they are.  They may be intentional I don't know.  He also has a gold chain with a heart on his vest.
